Award-Winning My Special Aflac Duck arrives at El Paso Children’s Hospital.

Yesterday, September 28 El Paso Children’s Hospital had a special visit in honor of National Childhood Cancer and National Sickle Cell Awareness Month.

Ten children got to experience a unique surprise and received a robotic Aflac ducks delivered with a day full of festive activities.

Through medical play, My Special Aflac Duck brings comfort and joy to these patients by helping them prepare for medical procedures, they can communicate their feelings and practice distraction techniques that make treatment less scary. My Special Aflac Duck, got to bring lots of smiles to our little warriors.
