Aflac VIP Reception during Children's Hospitals Week
Children’s Health employees had the chance to attend the Aflac VIP Reception during Children’s Hospitals Week. The real Aflac duck was and there was a demonstration of how “My Special Aflac Duck” works.

My Special Aflac Duck gives kids with cancer the chance to find joy through play. From feeding and bathing the duck to singing with it and hearing its heartbeat, this interactive companion helps kids find a distraction from their diagnosis.

My Special Aflac Duck is a companion that helps distract kids coping with cancer. The duck plays soothing sounds, calming heartbeats and takes deep breaths.

My Special Aflac Duck helps kids connect through medical play. Interactive features let kids feed, bathe and treat their duck just like they are being treated.
Thank you Aflac for helping make life better for children with cancer. Our hospitals are excited to order some My Special Aflac Ducks for our oncology patients, and is looking forward to partnering with the more than 300 Aflac employees in the area.
